Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Nevaani, we are committed to providing high-quality language learning services to all our Users. However, we understand that situations may arise where a User may need to request a refund or cancel their subscription. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and processes for refunds and cancellations, ensuring clarity and transparency for all Users. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under specific conditions, based on the subscription plan or service the User has purchased.
Comprehensive Tutoring Plan & Focused Fluency Sessions: If you are not satisfied with the first lesson of your Comprehensive Tutoring Plan or Focused Fluency Sessions, you may request a refund after completing the first session. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the first session, and they will only apply if you choose to discontinue the plan immediately following the first lesson. Refunds are not applicable for any subsequent lessons or sessions once the first session has been used.
Complete Hindi Mastery, Expert Doubt Resolution Plan, and One-on-One Mastery Plus Plans: For these subscription plans, refunds are only available if the User cancels within the 7-day grace period after the initial payment. Once the 7-day period has passed, no refunds will be provided, but Users will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Accidental Charges: Refunds are granted for accidental charges, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction process. Users must notify Nevaani of any accidental charges within a reasonable timeframe, and the refund will be processed upon verification of the error.
Special Offers or Discounted Plans: Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased under special offers, bundle discounts, or promotional rates unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
All refund requests must be submitted by contacting Nevaani’s Customer Support at support@nevaani.com. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and Nevaani reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the specific circumstances of each request.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services offered by Nevaani are non-refundable once they have been used or delivered. These include:
Completed One-on-One Tutoring Sessions: Any tutoring sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or User satisfaction.
Partially Completed Subscription Cycles: For subscriptions such as Complete Hindi Mastery, Expert Doubt Resolution, and One-on-One Mastery Plus, once the 7-day grace period has passed, the subscription becomes non-refundable. Users will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be granted for unused time.
Purchased Content or Materials: Any additional learning resources or materials, such as downloadable content or premium tools, are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by accessing the Account Settings page or by contacting Nevaani Customer Support. Upon cancellation:
During the Grace Period: If the subscription is canceled within the 7-day grace period, Users may be eligible for a full refund based on the conditions outlined above.
After the Grace Period: If a subscription is canceled after the grace period, the User will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription once the grace period has passed.
4. Booking, Cancelling, and Rescheduling Lessons
Booking Lessons: Users can book lessons at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Cancelling or Rescheduling: Users must cancel or reschedule any lesson no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time. If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the session, the User will lose the associated credit or hour from their plan.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, Users may contact Nevaani’s Customer Support to discuss exceptions. However, Nevaani reserves the right to determine whether credits will be reinstated for late cancellations or missed sessions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, Users must contact Nevaani Customer Support via email at support@nevaani.com. Refund requests must include the User's full name, account details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (if applicable).
Our team will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 7-10 business days of receiving the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the payment will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Please note that depending on the User's financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the User’s account.
